Tracking
Efforts
With all marketing projects, Knee Deep keeps detailed records (often
in the form of an Excel spreadsheet) detailing each marketing avenue
or contact, tasks completed, areas for follow-up, and online posting
instructions (or other procedural timesavers) for future reference.
We also encourage clients to inform Knee Deep of marketing successes—such
as prospect-initiated contacts spurred by Google searches or web
surfing—to inform future efforts.
We forward a copy of this ongoing record to our clients on a periodic
basis.
We also provide our clients with at-a-glance "marketing summary"
e-mails on a routine basis, outlining newly completed tasks, live
web postings (including links), and other information.
